What path are you on?

Happy February! My professional journey has included a winding path. I’ve had incredible experiences, but along the way, I remember thinking “How is all of this connected?” 30 years later, I now know the answer! Every experience has laid the groundwork for the 3 tenants Lancaster Leadership brings into every coaching, training, and strategy session.
We’ve developed our own unique offering that sets us apart from other firms. We are skilled and experienced & researched in the perfect trifecta (IMHO: in my humble opinion :)).
Teaching, Psychology & Business
When combining these schools of thought, we are able to bring heads, hearts, practical strategies, and concrete results into all we do. My journey has been a strong reminder that sometimes, when we are on the path, we don’t know what the path is. But as long as we keep putting 1 foot in front of the other AND pay attention to our passion & opportunities along the way, we can end up somewhere grand!
