Frequently Asked Questions

There will be around 100 attendees. This number is intentional to intimate enough and dynamic enough for all in attendance. After registration, you will be invited to a private Facebook group called Lifelong Leaders. Here is where you can connect with other attendees. We will also provide an networking opportunity before sessions kick off.

The Summit attracts highly-engaged, professionals who are eager to learn and grow as leaders (once again, we don’t define leadership by your job title).  Just like you, other attendees are seeking new strategies to cultivate the leader within themselves and results that they can take back to their workplaces, their teams and their homes.  The Summit is for anyone who supports the elevation & empowerment of women. (Ages 14+, attendees under the age of 18 must attend with a trusted adult)

Absolutely! This year’s topic is all new and it’s about taking time out for you to restore and reboot. In our humble opinion, the more of these summits you attend, the more enlightened, purposeful and engaged you will be in life!

The cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 30 days before the event.  But better yet, all tickets are transferable to another attendee, just email office@lancasterleadership.com to get the process underway.

Get excited!  And you may want to review the sessions . You will also find some book recommendations, and we recommend that if you have the time to read one (or more) in advance, do. Check out our book recommendations here (Session Details). Most of all come with an open mind, prepared to learn and experience all the Summit has to offer!

If you are joining us from out of town, we encourage you to arrive on Thursday and stay through the weekend to enjoy all Flagstaff has to offer.

We recommend bringing around 50 business cards for networking in the morning. Remember we offer a FREE professional headshot, so come dressed and ready! A notebook or something to take notes in/on. Parking is onsite and free. We recommend carpooling if possible.

The History of the Women’s Leadership Summit

Before being the founder of Lancaster Leadership and the Women’s Summit, Julie walked the talk. Julie first found her calling decades ago as a rock-climbing instructor. She helped thousands to look challenge in the face, to be vulnerable, to enthusiastically strive for tall goals, and to celebrate hard work together. Through finding her calling, she found her true voice. Today, as the president of Lancaster Leadership, she now supports others to delight in their successes and overcome their challenges. Now with decades of leadership in the U.S. and beyond, her experience guides her practice. She is honored to train and coach outstanding clients. Read more about Julie
