For team events, we need 2 months of lead-time minimum. 6 months of lead-time will give you the best opportunity to have your choice of dates. For 1-on-1 coaching, we can typically get you your first session within 1 month of you signing up.
For 1-on-1 coaching or the Group Coaching Intensive, before the first session.
For team events: If this service is completed within 1 month, full payment is not expected until completion of service. If this service spans multiple months, 50% is due at the ½ way point, and 50% at the completion of service. You will have the invoice before your first program date.
We accept checks, credit cards, or ACH transfers. You are welcome to use a Purchasing Card (P-card). You will be invoiced through Quickbooks.
Great! You can either schedule an appointment to chat about options, or if you just want to get started, you can send us an email to let us know you are ready. We will then get you scheduled for your first session, have you complete a goals form and a self-assessment, sign a contract, and get ready! During the first session, you and your coach will clarify your goals together.
Needs Assessment. If you are a new/potential client, you will schedule an appointment so that we can meet each other to discuss your needs. We learn your needs regarding strategy, skill- development, & culture. (If you are a returning client, you can skip this step just shoot us an email to move things forward, if you’d like.)
Goal Setting & Planning. Next, we will secure dates & a contract with you. During this process, we will schedule a “planning meeting” with you & ask you to complete a goals form. At our 1-hour planning meeting, we will map out your goals & desired outcomes. Before our event, you will find your venue and invite participants.
Curriculum Development & Program Facilitation. We carefully craft your audience-specific experience. We come in with a clear plan and engaging agenda, and we understand that remaining flexible is the key to a successful experience. If relevant notes are taken or documents are created during the session, we will share those with you afterward.
Debrief & Next Steps. Upon the culmination of your program, we will have a debriefing call to discuss outcomes, observations, feedback & next steps. We have a “clients for life” philosophy and once you are “in the door,” we are here for you. The most common next steps after the introductory event are: 1-on-1 coaching for your leadership team, group coaching for your team, or a leadership academy. (hyperlink to these 2 pages)
We have clients that contract with us for $2,852 – $200,000. We will do a needs assessment to figure out what would best serve you. Email us or schedule an appointment to get a quote for your needs. Discounted rates for non-profit clients.
Congratulations on your commitment to individual & team success! Here’s what we recommend for 1 year.
Month 1: Have a Creating Our Team with Intention event (1-2 days)
Month 2: Start 1-on-1 coaching for the leadership team (5-15 sessions each)
Month 3: Start Group Coaching for teams (4-6 x/year)
Start a leadership academy (3-6 months)
Month 6: Do strategic planning (2.5 day event) to create a 3-5 year plan
Creating Our Team with Intention: Follow-up skill-building event. And continue 2x/year.
Yes! We just add a travel fee to your invoice. We do in-person as well as remote events.
60 days prior
Full payment is required for programs canceled within 2 months of the event date(s). Rescheduling is not available within 60 days of a scheduled event.
If, for any reason, the client cannot meet in-person, the back-up option to move to a remote environment will be offered at no additional charge.
An additional back-up option: If Client cannot use the event date(s) as intended, client may change the content requested for the contracted event date(s) to 1-on-1 coaching, small group coaching, or a strategy session, per discretion of Consultant.
If Client does not choose the remote option or the change of content option, full payment of the original program is due within 30 days of the scheduled event date(s).
61+ days prior
If any rescheduling is necessary with the event date 61+ days away, there will be a $100 rescheduling administrative fee. Client and Consultant must agree upon any rescheduling in writing. Client may terminate this Scope with or without cause by giving 61+ days advance written notice of event dates to Consultant (“Notice Period”). Client agrees to compensate Consultant for all authorized Work completed before cancellation date under this Scope of Work.
If Client would like to rebook, Lancaster Leadership will give Client priority scheduling.
