Can You Inspire Others To Commit?
Sharon Tewksbury-Bloom
A high performing team depends on the commitment of its members. You have seen what happens when it is lacking: members are all paddling in different directions and the boat is going in circles with thoughts of mutiny stewing. Talk about unhealthy and stress inducing! How can you inspire commitment as the leader or as a team member? Does commitment look the same for every team member? Are there barriers to commitment? How can you achieve commitment without agreement or conformity? We will dig into these questions and more in a thought provoking interactive workshop about strengthening the health of your team through inspiring stronger commitments.
