Grand Canyon National Park is one of the seven natural wonders of the world, and Grand Canyon Conservancy (GCC) inspires people to protect and enhance the park for present and future generations. GCC is the official nonprofit partner of Grand Canyon National Park and is committed to excellence from the inside out. Over the past seven years, GCC has worked with Lancaster Leadership to support exemplary organizational health at various leadership levels through coaching, retreats, leadership academies, and quarterly training tune-ups. Julie shares, “Having gotten to know this organization intimately over the years, I am consistently amazed by each individual’s commitment to the mission, to valuing each other on the team, and striving to realize their highest potential.
