Leadership Academy: Excellence in Leadership (Level 1)
Unlock the power of cohesive leadership. In our foundational Leadership Academy, participants will build cross-organization collaboration & cohesion, and gain immediately implementable leadership skills. This foundational program equips leaders at all levels with the tools and strategic mindset needed to align teams, elevate performance, and move the organization forward—together. 65 leadership topics brought to your organization with engaged, participatory learning with practical solutions. 9 training sessions, including a capstone project and accountability partners.
Leadership Academy: The Elevate Institute (Level 2)
After completing and implementing intentional leadership skills in Leadership Academy level 1, you are ready to level up your leadership. Leadership Academy Level 2 challenges leaders to deepen their influence, lead through complexity, and drive innovation across the organization. Participants will refine high-impact leadership practices, strengthen strategic thinking, and foster alignment that accelerates results and resilience. This next-level experience empowers leaders to move from managing teams to shaping culture and driving organizational growth. 17 leadership topics, 9 group coaching sessions, including participant-lead application-focused micro-sessions and formal 360 feedback.
University credit may be acquired for both Leadership Academies.
