- Unlock your team’s potential. This engaging team event lead by 2 of our DEIB experts to clarify team values, deepen your understanding and create an empowered and inclusive workplace. (6 hours) Each module is packed with lived experiences, actionable insights, and facilitated discussion to help clarify team values, deepen your understanding and ensure your empowered to support others while you apply what you learn. Elevate your workplace with new skills, engage with peers, and achieve diverse growth—one session at a time!
STEP 2
- Go more in depth. Our DEIB expert Facilitators will lead 4 follow-up two hour group coaching sessions (spanning 2-6 months)
