I truly appreciate being able to continue my Executive Leadership Academy, taught by Julie Lancaster, using Zoom. Having the ability to still connect with members of my cohort to discuss what we were all going through and how we had each been impacted, along with discussing new strategies for leadership in an unprecedented time was one of the most impactful experiences of my career.
