Mark your calendars and join us in 2026 on Friday, April 10th!
The Women’s Leadership Summit is reviewed & certified by Northern Arizona University.

Lancaster Leadership is simply amazing! I have participated in their Women’s Leadership Retreat and met so many wonderful women in our community and made forever connections. Her group trainings are equally helpful as well; whether they are helping develop newer teams or working with established teams, Julie and her team have a way of getting the most apprehensive or shy members to participate. If you have a team objective, they meet it. I would highly recommend their services!

Julie is an amazing facilitator and the community she brings together is inspiring. I left the Women’s Leadership Summit feeling energized and much more engaged with the community of women in Flagstaff.
