other leadership roles

You’ve transitioned into a new level of leadership and you are excited to serve at this level.

  • A tight-knit community of peers & co-mentors who have the same hunger and commitment to growing as you do
  • Skills to elevate your leadership and create a thriving team
  • Quality time on the calendar committed to your development

Details about each session:

  • Creating a Culture of Feedback: One of the best (and sometimes scariest) things we can do as a leader is get specific feedback about our impact and communication. Enhance your feedback seeking skills and create a team that seeks input instead of being defensive.
  • The Art & Science of Making Hard Decisions: Hiring, firing, holding people accountable, holding boundaries, taking ownership, performance management, utilizing political acumen and sometimes sharing unpopular news are just some of the hard choices you need to make. Gain support in these crucial areas.
  • Developing Your Leadership Presence and Communication for Leaders: It starts with you. Who are you as a leader, and how is it different from you in your last role?  Gain clarity & a compass for your unique brand of leadership. Understand & maximize your strength and also, learn what different communication styles are needed now.
  • Future-Focus, Visioning: You are supposed to get the work done and also chart the path forward. And do you manage from the middle, meaning that people report to you, and you are accountable to someone? Managing from the middle is no joke; there are many demands placed on you.  Together, we can turn your responsibilities (and possibly your chaos) into a mapped out strategic roadmap that lets you breathe a little easier.
  • Organizational Health: If you compromise on time and efforts to create a healthy organization, your culture and results will flounder. But do you even know the components that create exemplary teams and organizations?  Get actionable tools to implement; you and your team are worth it.

ONLY $1,999 valued at $4,700!
