Celebrating 10 Years of Lancaster Leadership


As we celebrate 10 years of Lancaster Leadership, I am so grateful for the opportunities and events our client’s have allowed us to be apart of. I love getting a peek into your lives and being able to provide you with a sounding board and helping you with your goals. Thank you from all us at Lancaster Leadership!

I also want to highlight our team throughout the years as they have been and continue to be a big part of this journey.

Throughout the years we have had the pleasure of having many folks on our team and wanted to extend a thank you to them for their time, expertise, and knowledge along the way. Vicki Stickler, Eliza Estabrook, Daniel Guendel, Autumn Layden, Kelly Wright, Elizabeth Vogler, and Nicole Lance, we are grateful for all you have given to Lancaster Leadership and our clients over the years.

Let me introduce you to our team!

Katie Wittekind is one of our facilitators and brings with her 10+ years of executive leadership experience. Her effervescent personality makes her courses fun and brings the atmosphere to life.

Jeannie Duncan helps us to facilitate programs and provide coaching to our clients. Jeannie brings with her 25 years of corporate executive experience and a passion in helping experts become exemplary organization leaders.

Courtney Broughton helps us keep the team organized and booking your sessions. She brings 15+ years of experience from the hospitality industry.

Sofia Ayad brings her marketing and design background to handle our marketing an communications.

Deborah Ostreicher is our presentations coach and facilitator. She has an MBA in International Business and Certificate in Communications from Harvard. Deb is also the CEO of Distinguished Communications.

Lauree Battice is our financial lead. She brings her accounting background and a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy-Managerial from NAU.

Marney Babbitt-Pierce is our Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator and she teaches workshops across the United Stated under Dr. Brené Brown. Marney was the winner of Athena Young Professional Award, Northern Arizona University College of Health Sciences Community Partner of the Year, Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce 20 Under 40, and Leaders & Entrepreneurs Women of Sedona-Verde Valley.

Ivy Banks is our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Trainer, Facilitator and Consultant. She has a Master’s in Education from NAU as well as Juris Doctor from University of Akron. She brings 15 years of executive leadership experience and is the Vice President, OIDI & Chief Diversity Officer at Xavier University.

Denise TrimbleSmith is our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant. Denise has her A.A. American Sign Language Interpreting and B.A. History, and M.A. Special Education. She is also the Project Director in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion for the University of Arizona. She is also a life member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.

Rose Toehe is Dine’ (Navajo) and Ute. She is Tachii’nii Noda’i (Ute branch of Red Streak Running Into Water) and she is facilitator on Cultural Competency. Rose has a masters in Education Psychology & Counseling and is a coordinator for Indigenous Initiatives at the City of Flagstaff Manager’s office.

I am incredibly grateful for the last 10 years and cannot wait to see what the future holds for us at Lancaster Leadership!
