With Julie’s background in higher education as a Professor and Dean of Students, Lancaster Leadership has extra joy while helping this organization. Julie has worked with 15 departments at the university covering topics including: The role of risk-taking in leadership, Managing change, Dynamically strategizing forward, Mentorship, Learning & growth, Goal setting, Trust & team building, and Coaching skills for leaders. Lancaster Leadership is pleased to partner with such a forward-looking university that deeply cares about developing strong teams and leaders.
