Lancaster Leadership is simply amazing! I have participated in their Women’s Leadership Retreat and met so many wonderful women in our community and made forever connections. Her group trainings are equally helpful as well; whether they are helping develop newer teams or working with established teams, Julie and her team have a way of getting the most apprehensive or shy members to participate. If you have a team objective, they meet it. I would highly recommend their services!
