My Best Self

Most of the organizations I work with deeply care about their employees well-being. When Lancaster Leadership comes in to do a culture-building session that targets the resilience and peace of the team, we often ask: What does your best self look like? For me, I am laughing, learning & outdoors. Decades have passed since I was Outdoor Education Director, spending countless hours in the California sun. Now, with most of my work being in training rooms & conference centers, I need to make a concerted effort to be in nature.

Do you love to hike too? Feel free to connect with me on All Trails (my favorite app).

Best,

Julie
