Jeff Meilbeck is the CEO and General Manager of the Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (NAIPTA) which provides transit services to Flagstaff, Northern Arizona University and Coconino County. Jeff has a Master’s degree in public administration from Northern Arizona University and worked as a park ranger, political advocate and budget and management analyst prior to entering the field of public transportation. He has served as Flagstaff interim City Manager and was named the CTAA’s 2014 Transit Manager of the Year. NAIPTA was recognized by APTA as the Transit System of the Year in 2013 for systems under 4,000,000 rides.
