Allison Eckert
With a passion for mentoring and empowering others, as well as facilitating a collaborative environment within which change can be fostered, Allison brings over 30 years dedicated to public service leadership. In addition to the past 15 years as a leader in Human Resources, her span of experience includes work in city and county management, higher education, community development, public works, public safety, budget, grants, purchasing, and working with elected officials. Allison's most recent human resources experience and consulting work touches all aspects of the field such as leadership coaching, strategic planning, HRMS, recruitment and selection, program and policy development, compliance and risk management, performance management, employee relations, and total compensation. In 2016, Allison leveraged her 30 years of public service, along with a Masters Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, to pursue her lifelong passion for organization. She started her own professional organization business, EZ Solutions, OCD, citing her motivation to help people like herself who have the ability and desire to be organized, but not the time or energy after all the craziness that life throws at them. Allison and her husband, Eric, live in Flagstaff, AZ and enjoy camping, exploring new places and spending time with their two children and two grandchildren.
