You will create clear goals and strategies to reach them, and will be with dynamic, intentional individuals who are also inspired to learn, grow, and thrive. These 10 hours away from your daily work will allow you to reflect and strategize forward, all-the-while getting the support from others who believe in you and are also creating lives that inspire.

DYNAMIC PARTNERS

Between each of the five sessions, you will participate with co-mentors, who will be at your similar leadership level, as possible. You will be the champions for one another’s efforts and will connect remotely 3 times between sessions to share successes, challenges, and goals. These individuals will become lifelong connections.

NOTE: Although many leaders pay out-of-pocket for this experience because they see the value it adds to their lives, several employers are willing to pay for a portion of your development.

NOTE: The group is carefully curated to have exclusive participation.  What that means is that we will take care to not place you in a group with your direct or indirect reports to ensure that you feel the freedom to speak openly.

“If you never chase your dreams, you’ll never catch them.” – Unknown

“Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence & courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.” – Dale Carnegie

From 2020 & 2021 GCI grads:

“I have gained a better sense of self-worth and the opportunity to admit my shortcomings, gain new perspectives, understand I am not alone and I am worthy to be me and use the tools I have received to motivate others to join me in changing and pushing ourselves to new limits of growth.” – Amber Dorsch

“Julie’s energy has revitalized me to look deeper and provided me with tools for self-reflection and implementation.  I’ve especially learned how to engage a group in a virtual world.”

“This experience has been transformational with creating a space for development, connection and vulnerability.  I feel more confident in supporting my team.  The wealth of experience and commitment from the group is inspiring and has helped shape my leadership journey.”

“I appreciate hearing that others are wrestling with some of the same things I’m working through. It’s helpful to me as a leader to know that these are more universal than I realized and that it is not my own lack of knowing how to lead that prevents me from finding these answers.” –  Donna Furlong

“The honesty, openness, and acceptance that happens in one short meeting Julie leads, leaves you feeling understood, focused, inspired and ready; it is worth every penny spent and every moment of energy.”

“I have gained the wisdom as shared by my peers. There is so much value in learning from those who serve in similar positions. It is truly enriching.” –  Greg Clifton

“Since I started this program, my life has forever been impacted in the most amazing ways. I take the lessons I learned and apply them daily. I am a better listener. I am very aware of my impact on other people’s lives—business and personal. I am aware that I must keep my cup full if I want to be able to lead.” – Cheryl Mango-Paget

“The ability to make connections with other leaders and have real talk about things in our lives that are important, relevant, and urgent. I love the mix of big and small groups and am so happy about the new connections I have made. This group is caring, supportive, and positive. A ray of light!” –  Cassie Petit

This experience has been an investment in my well-being and the returns are lasting – I have felt cared for, had the opportunity to be curious, received actionable solutions, connected with incredible leaders in my community, and am inspired (and energized) to take the next step.” – Stephanie Smith

“This experience (as all of my experiences with Julie’s classes and courses) has helped me find more strength, more connection to myself, a further insight to my own complexity while also developing deeper connections and understanding with others.”

“Hearing experiences from other inspiring professionals and seeing the resonance and commonalities we hold allowed me to learn a few techniques for reshaping thoughts and patterns.” – David McIntire
