Details about each session:
- Creating a Culture of Feedback: One of the best (and sometimes scariest) things we can do as a leader is get specific feedback about our impact and communication. Enhance your feedback seeking skills and create a team that seeks input instead of being defensive.
- The Art & Science of Making Hard Decisions: Hiring, firing, holding people accountable, holding boundaries, taking ownership, performance management, utilizing political acumen and sometimes sharing unpopular news are just some of the hard choices you need to make. Gain support in these crucial areas.
- Developing Your Leadership Presence and Communication for Leaders: It starts with you. Who are you as a leader, and how is it different from you in your last role? Gain clarity & a compass for your unique brand of leadership. Understand & maximize your strength and also, learn what different communication styles are needed now.
- Future-Focus, Visioning: You are supposed to get the work done and also chart the path forward. And do you manage from the middle, meaning that people report to you, and you are accountable to someone? Managing from the middle is no joke; there are many demands placed on you. You will participate in five 2-hour group coaching sessions, + a few extras.
You will be in the role of coachee, and at times, coach. You will create clear goals and strategies to reach them, and will be with dynamic, intentional individuals who are also inspired to learn, grow, and thrive. These 10 hours away from your daily work will allow you to reflect and strategize forward, all-the-while getting the support from others who believe in you and are also creating lives that inspire.

- Self-Work: A leadership book with 5 topic specific micro-learning web courses between sessions
