Communications & Marketing Executive Assistant

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Be the back-end of the company
  • Provide exemplary service and professionalism to our clients and future clients
  • Email communication with client groups
  • Log and track client contact information
  • Manage our CRM software, Dubsado
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Maintain company website
  • Manage company social media accounts
  • Write and send out bi-weekly newsletter
  • Design flyers and other event promotions

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Detail-orientation/organization skills: don’t let things or emails slip through the cracks
  • A personal and professional growth enthusiast
  • Experience with technology, marketing, and social media
  • Fast paced & steady work ethic
  • Articulate communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and have a can-do, joyful attitude
  • Resourceful & an avid learning ability
  • Office manager, virtual assistant, trainer, marketing or communications specialist experience
  • Interest in the leadership development field
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a professional setting
  • Reliable access to cell phone, computer, and internet

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing computer programs such as MailChimp, Dubsado, ConvertKit, Trello, Canva, Outlook, Excel, Social Media (FB, IG, LI), YouTube, WordPress, Thinkific, Survey Monkey, Eventbrite, QuickBooks
  • Flagstaff resident

 

Compensations & Benefits:

  •  $35,000-$41,000/year
  • Free coaching package (valued at $2850)
  • $500 stay-on bonus at 6 months
  • 95% remote work
  • Flexible hours
  • Additional bonuses
